This company invited us tovisitit showroom in South Carolina. Weweretreated nicely and given a presentation. They said that if we did not join that day that we could not decide to join atw a later date. We had 2 major purchases that we needed to make, so this seemed like the perfect time to join. We joined and called to get our first estimate for the work we needed done. It was the highest quote we received to install a new central air unit with heat. Needless to say we did not use direct buy for this purchase. We also needed to purchase a dryer. We called to get a price which turned out to be the same that we could go locally and purchase the dryer for. So we spent money for a membership for nothing. When direct buy called for a payment, I told them about our experience and they said they were not the right department to tell. DO NOT JOIN DIRECT BUY!!!!!
