I ordered the FREE trial of lean spa thru the internet. I did read all the fine print and saw that I had 14 days to cancel if not satisfied otherwise my credit card would be charge for the next months supply that was to be automatically shipped to me. I called them after taking the product for 7 days to cancel as I found it was not helpful in curbing my appetite and it also gave me bad headaches. First the phone number they had listed for the call back was not in service. I was able to find another number by getting back on the internet and reading some blogs from other unsatisfied customers. The next month when my credit card statement came I saw that I had been charged for the product that had been sent (the FREE product) I called them again and was told it had been longer that 14 days and they could not take the charge off. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were unavailable. I refused to get off the phone until such time as the charge was taken off of I spoke to a supervisor. Finally the fellow told me he was going in as we spoke and would remove the charge. I took his name and wrote down the date and time and hung up. The charge has never been taken off my card. I called back numerous times and was placed on hold and no-one ever picked up. They knew who I was as they keep a record of the phone number. I have never been reimbursed for the charge. Dont buy this product. It not only does not work but these people are liars and thieves.
