i applied for a loan online which sent to a mass application unknowingly and now Im being charged by one company and everyone has my banking info I am having to close my account and open a new one.

- I had a $30 fee withdrawn from my account yesterday (8/22/2011). I called my bank to file an affadavit and informed them of this unauthorized payment and also called the Funding Assurance merchant. The representative told me that the $30 payment would be refunded within 7-10 business days. She gave me a confirmation number. I also took note of her name and representative ID number for reference. I will keep you posted on what, if anything, happens.
