I had a $30 electronic check cashed in my account. When I called they said I applied for pre-approved payday loan and the $30 is an application fee. I had never heard of them before nor had I applied for a payday loan through them. Even if I had, I definitely didn't provide my bank account information online. I've tried to find their website as it's on the electronic check but it doesn't exist. Also, when I called and tried to explain that it wasn't me the girl offered me gas vouchers for $700.00. Does that not scream scam?? When I got frustrated that she wasn't listening that I didn't do this application the girl screamed at me off the top of her lungs "yes you did do the application & you're not listening to me why you were charged." So rude. When the manager got on the line she offered me gas vouchers again & a loan and wasn't listening. Then finally the manager agreed to refund my money when I said I was going to report the fraud to my bank & the BBB.
