live connected suspended our account from making outgoing calls because they say our account owed $ 69.97. the account includes a late payment fee. Our payment is not late. we will not pay a late fee. We will not be making any further payments to live connected while they refuse to answer any of our complaint/ messages since mid- june 2012, today is 16 july 2012. Our phones have been blocked. we account that live connected owe us (0449688246 $23.92) &( 0477297085 $198.38) for other content charges and 0414947441 unknown number, FB number, and Zero number) ) this amount totals $222.30 over billing. We will be doing all within our powers to recover this cost. we have read from other customers that this is happening to them and the company is refusing to answer any their complaints as well. I have complained on their forum and then was suspended from having any acess. in other words, silenced. I think this comany is going out of business and stealing money. why else would the answer other issues but not billing issues. anyone with this company get out now!
