I received the order after numerous attempts to cancel my free trial ONLY to get a recording saying "mailbox is full" after 3 straight days of trying to cancel. When I finally reached someone the DAY after I was charged $179.88 they told me they would not issue a refund UNTIL the product was sent back EVEN though I had attempted to cancel before the end of the trial.
My product was sent back via certified mail and I got a confirmation from the certified mail that is was received by Proslim Health on June 14th.
On June 22nd I contacted (after numerous attempts again) a person at the 800 number and they told me they had the record that the product was received on June 14th but that it would take 2 to 4 weeks for the refund. The man even went as far as to tell me it would take so long because "the bank is off-shore". BUT that I WOULD be getting my refund.
I've been trying to contact them all day (Jul. 16th) because it has been over 4 weeks BUT all I am getting is a voice mail stating the business hours and to call back during business hours, BUT it is during business hours.
My next step is the FRAUD department with my credit card company. Maybe they will have the man-power to sue and ARREST these people! I HOPE!!!
