I received two charges on my phone bill of $9.99 from Mobile Plus Inc., one from May, the other from June. I had received a text May 25 from a Psychic hotline that said something to the affect, have all your questions answered live Psychics $9.99/mo and a web link. I deleted the text right away. When I noticed the first charge I contacted T Mobile. I told the guy the situation and he credited the charge no questions asked. He informed me that the company had hit my bill again but he was unable to issue a credit request because the bill was not available at that time. He instructed me to call back when the bill was available. It didn’t go so well the second time. The T Mobile customer service rep informed me there was nothing she could do and transferred me to Mobile Plus. Who told me I wasn’t going to be getting a refund because I signed up for the service. I thought it was very unprofessional of the T Mobile rep to transfer me to Mobile Plus the way she did I informed her that I was aware of the scam going on at Mobile Plus and requested a supervisor. The supervisor issued credit and blocked Mobile Plus from charging my bill again, after I had it out with him. I have filed a complaint with BBB against Mobile Plus Inc. If I see another charge on my phone bill I’ll file one against T Mobile. The way the situation was handled this morning was totally unprofessional.
