i was told that i had to pay the 70 pounds so that the loan could be released .it wasnot and i complained then got told that i needed to pay another 210 pounds to release the loan because of goverment tax rules on loans . when i spoke to them they said they wouldnot refund the money i had paid over to them . they gave me a customer care number of 02032863984 but when i phone them now they hang up. the company is easy loans
