I bought 2 pairs of Sperry Top-Sider boat shoes through Paypal and never got any confirmation, tracking number nor delivery information. Just yesterday, I received a small package mailed from China containing a shower cap. Wow.

- You received the shower cap so that they could prove delivery to the credit card processor (e.g. PayPal). As long as they deliver something to you, it is their word against yours.

- Thanks Steve, sure enough they responded to my PayPal dispute with a china post tracking number. I called PayPal immediately and they refunded my money immediately and closed the case. I highly recommend that anyone who used PayPal call them instead of waiting for the to investigate the tracking info. If you used a credit card to pay, get a new card sent to you once your dispute is resolved. Lord only knows what they're doing with all the credit card info they've collected...
