i received a certified letter say that i had won. the lottery since i have participated with the fla. sweepstakes for years i thought this might be litigimitate. i read the letter with a tracking numberlisted on the bottom. say to return the portion with my signature. i did not send any money but like always i felt fraud was involved so i reported the document to the psot office saying this ia a fraudlient act and is against my name just like identify theft. if i were to send any money i could have lost all that i had. i hope other people report theis type of insident also mail fraud has tobe stoped sincerely margaret ketterer
