The 'walking stick with the seat' I ordered for the ONE DAY DELIVERY FOR THE 13TH, didn't arrive as promised. P&P paid accordingly.Made calls on Friday & Saturday as I going away,I was told that nothing could be done and that I should expect delivery on Monday. I was away. Rang & asked neighbour to check on Monday and Tuesday morning.
NO DELIVERY until then.
I returned Tuesday at 8pm.The package was leant against the door in the open. Wet.
Package torn and damaged. Where it said 'DOCUMENT ENCLOSED' was torn and no
documents found.
Now I got to package fresh and pay the heavy postage to post it to Cardigan, Wales. I cannot afford time or money to make another journey.
I am angry and frustrated. I think I am right in expecting some sort of compensation for all this damages.
