BEWARE OF THIS SELLER. Their strategy is to take your money via PayPal, then send a small envelope that contains something of no value (in mine, there was a hotel shower cap). When I filed a complaint with PayPal, the seller simply demonstrated that something was sent and PayPal closed the matter. I have disputed this with PayPal and asked them to investigate but nothing has happened yet. The only way to shut down this criminal operation is to get the word out! Clearly, PayPal is a paper tiger in a situation like this.

- I called PayPal and talked to them about it and they are refunding the payment in full. They are constantly chasing down this seller and are aware that others have been burned. So I take back what I said about PayPal! They handled it well. Lesson learned: don't rely on email fraud resolution; try to talk to a living person!

- My money spent on this SCAM is being refunded thru PayPal as of this morning. I did, however, want to point out, that when so many of us received a Shower Cap thru the mail, this Seller, I believe, is now guilty of Mail Fraud. I went on-line, and found an address for the PO's MAIL FRAUD division, and I also made a complaint with them. Maybe if enough people go to them, as well, they'll be able to act on our complaints against this company. Strength in numbers, as they say. SusanHelen

I cancelled before I got my product to be safe after i saw these and i got a box of hotel pencils.. but still no money when i cancelled and refunded
