I was looking online for a small payday loan of £300. I had looked at the terms and conditions of a site which wasn't myloans.co.uk, they seemed fine, they stated that a £1 charge would be taken from my account to verify that it was my account. Then I was re-directed to a page to fill my details in, which I did, not realising that I had in-fact been re-directed to myloans.co.uk whose T&C's state that £69.99 will be taken from your account. I had read the T&C's of the previous website so I assumed them to be the same as the ones I was agreeing to the form. Very sneaky and dishonest but, unfortunately not fraudulent by law. It makes me very angry what these companies can get away with! Myloans should be shut down
