I was on the hsbc website and an advert flashed up for a trial of an electronic cigarette for £6.99, sounded like a good offer, I have since been charged £73.98. I spoke to the compant who said that i agreed to a membership and this charge was for refills which I did not recieve. The company took the money from my account with hsbc causing me to go over my overdraft and i was charged another £50. I have looked into this and have noticed that the company e-cigs electronic cigarette bank with the hsbc and have a beneficiary bank account with them..... sound interesting considering they have just been done for money laundering!
