Same as other...applied for a payday loan...I know, dumb. (will never do again - been a nightmare ever since - and it wasn't even a large amount of money), but needed extra cash for some medical bills.
Anyway, these people decided to take $30 out of my account as well. I did contact them and finally got to speak with a "manager". They said it was some charge for taking out a loan..I was very very direct and insistent that I did not get a loan with them! And they better return my money - I threatened them with getting the police, BBB, etc. involved. He did finally say that my money will be returned Monday (7/23). We'll see...I'm not holding my breath...
Also, just a note...I did try to submit them to the BBB, but couldn't...no address, etc.? Anyone have it or know how to submit stuff to the BBB if you don't have all the information?

Trust me...it's not worth these payday loans...will never never do again...this was first and last time and seemed to find one that was halfway decent...but then all the other's came out of the woodwork...bombarding email and phone..ugh
