Actually the scam occurred 8/10/2010, a year ago. Still trying to get my money or jewelry back. I ordered around $8,000.00 worth of jewelry in a 4 month period starting in apr. 2010. I returned around $3,000.00 due to either not the quality I expected, not correct size, etc. The last batch I sent back was $820.00 and I insured it. At first she refused to refund me (her name is SYLWIA) she refuses to give me her last name or her partners name. Her reason for not refunding is because a few pieces were past the 30 day refund date. The reason for not being able to return on time was due to foot/ankle surgery, but she didn't care. I reminded her I was patient in waiting for my previous refunds from her(she has a 7 day refund guarantee after receiving the jewelry). However it sometimes would be a month or longer to get my refund.Also I would have to do her research for her, like sending her the item nbr. along with the credit card used as I used 2 different credit cards. Very poor customer service. It was only after telling her that visa would file felony charges that she gave me a partial refund. To this date she still owes me $367.00. She refuses to comunicate with me by email or phone and has banned me from her web site. And I saw where she is selling the 2 pieces of jewelry she has not refunded me for. I have contacted the BBB, TWO NY STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICES, noone has even responded back to me.I was unable to get my refund through Visa because she kept me dangling a few months making me think she would refund and then it went past the 90 day limit that you can dispute the charges she knew what she was doing. I saved all her emails where she gave excuses and promises on the refunds. And by selling MY jewelry twice that should be fraud. She also insulted me by saying I didn't spend as much as I thought I did, obviosly no appreciation for my business, I think $8,000.00 in 4 months was probably insane on my part!!! I'm not a seller so all the jewelry I purchased was for my own personal collection. So I keep writing my story in hopes SOMEONE out there will help me get my money back.
