About a month ago I purchased a bottle (60ml) of HCG - a weight loss product online through the web address http://wellnessblogging34035.wordpress.com/7338867/. This site, unsurprisingly, is no longer available. I had received this address through a friend's hotmail account which had been hacked in to. Obviously I had no idea of this at the time.
Today I received a letter from the Australian Customs and Border Protection informing me that the importation of this product is prohibited and that the goods have now be seized as forfeited goods. Obivously I had no idea this product was illegal.
Apart from feeling foolish I feel totally scammed.
Is there anything that can be done to reclaim my money please ?
