I believe English village apartments late fee policies are
unconstitutional and illegal.
Since May, this year I already owe over $500 in late fees and, I’ve never been late on my rent.
All tenants are complaining about this new policy.
Everyone has been hit with lots on fees since May, 2012
We pay Separate Electric, water, and trash
