In May, June and July I have sent in all documentation needed to verify my standard and bank accounts so that I could receive payments into my bank as well as submitted tickets requesting information regarding my account status. I have received only one response on June 15th giving me an email and phone number (that only rings or is busy), to contact someone in Solid trust because the person that responded to my ticket could not help me because they did not have access to the documents that only the verification pool had access to the documents I have sent. For once, chat was not offline today, but of course, I was kicked off with no response. The tickets I have submitted have a ticket number so you can view your submitted ticket. Sure is funny that not one of the tickets (I also submitted a comment to tickets of information I needed to submit about my account), is available to view. There is NO record of any of the tickets I have submitted but I have the emails from Solid Trust with the ticket number to prove I sent them. No wonder my account isn't being fixed. No one will contact me, I can't get ahold of them and my money is in limbo because other than a check that takes up to three weeks to get, I have no access to my money.Today, July 22nd,$1,132.48 was deposited into my solid trust account and on July 30th, $4,140.27 is set to be deposited. I am contacting the company the money was sent from to pull it back including reimbursement of fees and finding out how to close my solid trust account. This is ridiculous. Three months and no resolution?!?!?!?!?! I am a calm person but I am PISSED OFF right now. I had two other options for payments to be disbursed from and I chose Solid Trust and I can't even get a hold of anyone to fix this issue to receive my money! Has anyone else's issue been resolved other than the people Solid Trust actually responded to here? And Solid Trust, my username is tammyporter, email is (Personal Info Removed).
