mr winn started building a porch and will not come back to finish .he startedjune 13th,2012.the roof is leaking ang i have not been able to get him to come look at it .it is the part he put on .the building inspector turned it down,and he will do nonething i have since learned of 4 people he has not finish he ask for his money that he is in great need and that no way would he leave me hanging .i checked and he does not have busness license or contractor lic.my name is sonia bocook phone (Personal Info Removed)or (Personal Info Removed)

- I have been to this house twice and tried to find a leak so that i could fix it and have not been able to find any evidence of the porch that was built causing a leak. All that i am able to find is a stain on the ceiling that could of been there and bled through. Since the inspection failed i have went and addressed all the issues that the inspector had. the porch was started onJune 14th 2012 and completed on june 19th 2012. I have also put lattice around porch because i was told that it was supposed to be done with the porch , the lattice material was not paid for by home owner nor was any labor. It was known prior to my ever building this porch that i was not licensed or insured nor have i ever claimed to be with anyone. I have went above and beyond to try and please in this issue.
