Dear Sirs @ AppleITunes: it's easy for time to go by - but each month I have some sort of charge for Apple ITunes, and I would like to speak to a human; address this issue; and either stop the ligitimate usage by my kids, or stop this unknown billing from some 800 something... I've called in & gotten nowhere.
This isn't ok.
