I have some beginning stages of mold on my hallway walls. I looked on line to find a profesionnal to come out and help me evaluate the situation. He said he would give me an estimate before he did any work. But, he did the work, and then told me the estimate- and the bill was $600. And, he only wanted cash. So, I went to the bank and withdrew $600. I know that is stupid, I had a bad feeling all the way to the bank and back. I really don't know if he even needed to treat the mold- but, I am out $600 and he is not returning my calls. I was ripped off
