I went to their Web site and they were advertising brand name purses, I gave them my credit card number for item to be shipped. same day item was received i contacted them thru their website (they do not provide phone numbers or addresses) and told them item was defective, it was a fraudulunt copy of originals and explained all defects of purse. REQUESTED TO HAVE THE ITEM RETURNED AT MY EXPENSE AND THAT THEY WOULD PROVIDE ME WITH THE AUTHORIZATION CODE TO RETURN SAME IMMEDIATELY.

I disputed item with cr. card and they still have not allowed item to be returned nor accept the charge back. I told them it was illegal to sell copies of designers and that I did not want to get involved in purchasing fraudulent items etc. I maintain copies of all correspondence but their response is they are blocking me from their site. I dont intend to ever go to their site but this company needs to stop ripping people off and your dept needs to alert public from their scams.
