Money and dates flexible, overbilling on monthly family plan. Sprint changed the terms of the contract (2 yr) without telling me. I had not looked closely at my bill, as I would add and remove hot spot and other things. When my EVO failed, due to faulty charging connection on phone, they told me I could buy out my contract (had about a week or two) I was happy to do that as it was my only phone. The rep on the phone also advised me since I was such a good customer he would give me 3 months free hot spot on both phones (family plan).
Not only did that not happen they double billed me the next month for the hot spot, and when I called they told me that was a normal charge when I upgraded. I had my son call, they corrected the double billing with no apology, the only way I found out was when I looked at my bill. They also gave me a small good will credit for not following through with the reps promise (mind you I never asked for the free hot spot, but when I am told I am being given something, I expect it. Ever since then, my bill has been over $50. of what I was paying previously. The bill for June, I had my son call again, and they said they could do nothing, however, when I looked at my bill, it had been adjusted, and was $60. less. Now this month it is back up to an outrageous amount. They are refusing to adjust it. I paid the amount that I paid in June after they adjusted it, so they could not say I was a non pay, and told them the bill was in dispute, and they could not report me to the credit bureaus. When looking at other past bills, it appears they have been overcharging me for quite some time. My son was looking at it, and said they had changed the contract and did not tell me. Looking on the internet there are hundreds of the same complaints and worse. I either want out of my contract, without paying early dismissal fees, or for them to credit me for all the overcharges,
