Same as most of the others. I never received the second "free" PIC. The shipping totals are unbelievable. Purchased other items to go along with the cooktops. I called and held on several times for 15-25 minutes listening to infomercials just to be cut off on their end without speaking to anyone. I emailed them and still haven't heard anything back. They are still advertising 2 for 1. Unbelievable!

Letter turning me over to collections. payment isn't made for remaining bal. for products I didn't receive, I didn't keep terms of agreemt. Tried # provided repeatedly cut off after 4-5 min.ea time when recording says I'm being transf.to rep.
