I was contacted by Vincent Napper with FII Capital Partners.
I followed their program exactly. I returned every document as requested. Then they want bonding. THEY never disclose that in their documents that you sign. After 3-4 months of emails, and trying to get someone to answer questions, and they do NOT respond, they blamed me for not doing my part. The contract reads one year to fulfill their obligation and they have not. They referred me to Talitha Nappere to assist. Who never returns calls or emails. Claims she is just to busy to help me.
I requested a refund, but they will not.
Vincent is a smooth talker. He promises the world and will tell you that he can fund in 45 days or less. He is a liar. He cannot and has not. He and FII Capital Partners are financial crooks. I have kept every document and correspondence with the company. Some of it is really laughable as they try to portray a professional company. I have kept all contracts and proof of our agreement. They have broken that contract. Not at any place in the document does it state that you need to bond.
I am submitting a claim to the FBI internet financial division. It appears I am not the only one taken by this guy.
DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM, HE WILL LIE TO GET YOUR MONEY. THEN YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET WHAT HE PROMISES

Mr Hamblin:
This is David Meyers and I am one of the senior partners with FIICP.
I know Vincent very well and yes is is well versed as an Independent Consultant.
However, I am very familiar with your transaction. You have not performed any of your obligations under the commitment. On several occasions, Vincent has asked for our finance committee to "bend" the rules to accommodate your request. We refused and until you complete the obligations under the commitment, we will not take any undue risks. Vincent included your file in a group of HIGH RISK CLIENTS in an attempt to assist clients such as yourself, with the insurance and lending requirements. I WILL be pulling your file from that group.
If you have any complaints on this decision, direct them at me.
Regarding Ms Nappere: upon completion of underwriting, the file is transferred from her department.
In closing: It is not our job to hold hands. We have dozens of satisfied clients, all of whom have FULLY complied with the terms and conditions that they agreed to PRIOR to sending us one dime.
