Received the package and put it aside thinking it was something I ordered. Checked it on 07/23 and found the bottle of colo-klenz pills, which I didn't order, and was suspicious because there was no invoice in the envelope. Did a google search and came upon this site noting all the problems others experienced. Searched my credit & debit cards and finally found the charge on one of my "emergency/low use" cards. Immediately contacted credit card company and was transferred to fraud dept. Explained entire situation, noting this website and other instances of fraud.

Fraud rep checked it out and Dillard & Yagen is listed as a theater event ticketing company. So why is a theater ticketing company sending me colon cleanse pills? She said it was obviously fraud and they opened a formal fraud investigation. Had a telephone number of 213-280-6424. Every time I called it, it immediately went to the customer service department and recorded message says the wait time is longer than 10 minutes (no matter what time of day you call) - I think this is part of their scam as well...trying to frustrate you into hanging up and not pursuing it.

Don't fall for it! Immediately contact your credit or debit card company and report the fraud. They will credit your account for the charge, and since you didn't order the product, you are not obligated to go through the motions of returning it. I wouldn't throw it out though - at least not until you have a resolution in your favor from the credit/debit card company.
