Innerthrive is a complete rip off. I called in May to cancel my auto ship. In June I saw a pending charge on my credit card and immediately called the company. I was told there was no way to stop the order because it was in process, but they did see where I had called in May to cancel. I was told to call back and get an RMA number when I received the package and I asked about a restocking fee since I had cancelled the month before and it was a company error. I was told by the representative that she would make a note and I should not be charged. I called a few days later when I received the product and was given an RMA number. Again, I asked about the restocking fee since I had not ordered this product and was told I should not be charged. However, when I received my credit I had been charged a restocking fee. I called the company and dealt with the most hateful, rude person who completely lied about the notes that had been made. I had 2 previous representatives tell me when was in the system. I asked for a supervisor and was told there was no way I would ever get the restocking fee and it was my problem. Beware, do not ever deal with this deceptive company. Not only was I out the restocking fee on a product I DID NOT order, I had to mail it back which costs money. The time I wasted dealing with this scam, there is not way to put a price tag on that. Stay away from them, fraudulent, fraudulent!!!!

  • I echo the same issues mentioned in this complaint. This company is a complete rip-off. I was told when I ordered the "free trial" offer (plus shipping of course) that I was not expected to make any future purchases and would not be charged for anything. Yet, less than a month later, a $95 charge shows up on my bank accout. The rep I dealt with initially completely lied to me. I found out I had to pay to send everything back, they would not refund shipping and charged a 15 percent "restocking" fee. Sadly, on top of it all, the product didn't work at all. IT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. INNERTHRIVE is a joke. I sent a letter to their management and of course have heard nothing back. Don't waste your time with them. Horrible service and a complete ripoff.

  • I have to say that you are the one that is ignorant, undercoverscagent. I did everything that was required, I did call and cancel and still received the shipment so I think you are the ignorant one and the product doesn't work. You can get an actual shot from a doctor that works far better and is much less expensive with no automatic shipments or payments you idiot!!
