I was definitely fooled by this company. In March, 2012 I was contacted by Phil Cooper stating that someone was interested in my vacation property and asked if I would like to sell. I was excited about the opportunity to get rid of a vacation property that I wanted to sell. I sent them the 683.00, like a fool. The closing on my property has been reset three times. The last time was set for July 20, 2012. I called Mr. Cooper on July 20 and told him I wanted a disposition on the sale of my property. I didn't receive a return call. I tried again today, July 24, 2012, to reach him and I get a recording that the number is no longer in service. I have also tried to pull this website up on the internet and am unable to do so anymore. I think I have been scammed and am very angry, but I should have known it was too good to be true.
