My situation is pretty much the same as everyone else's on this site. I have been in contract with TriCorp Property Solutions, mainly Phil Cooper, since March 2012 to sell my timeshare. After being put off for months, I was told my closing date would be 7/18/2012. It is a week later and now their website is down, phone's are disconnected, and email is not being answered. I plan to pursue legal action against this phantom company and would be glad to speak with anyone else that has been a victim to TriCorp Property Solutions scam.

- Wondering if anyone has rec'd any kind of resolution with Scambook, or any contact from them or TriCorp on their scam?? This still makes me shake my head and sick over the fact I had put my faith in people who only wanted to rob me. So sad, and no help at all from Scambook.
