Legacy collect calls, Newark Airport - Pay phone

On August 20, 2011, at around 3:20 PM, I made a local phone call to Jersey City from Newark airport using a pay phone. As I did not have adequate change for making the call, I used my Citi Bank Credit Card. The actual amount required for a local call from the payphone at Newark airport is $1.00. When I swiped the credit card, i got a mesage that an additional amount of $0.50 will be charged on the credit card, which would amount to $1.50. Instead, as per the Citi Bank credit service report, which I receive after each transaction on my credit card, it showed that the Legacy Collect Call Services has charged $ 8.46, which is inexcess of $6.99. Such practices should not be allowed. The Legacy Collect Services should be penalised for such illegal activity and they should immediately credit the excess amount to my credit card account.
