This happend in 05-03-12. I've been waiting for 2mo. For testing products.also, Got another dues rebate certificate that The redemption date to return 24.00 is aug. 13, 2012? Iwill also be contacting this company by phone on 7-27-12 regarding this matter. Since it's taken to much time already. this company has not once sent a e-mail , contacted by letter,or by telephone. I, request a full refund of my money in three to ten business days,or I will report to the federal trade commission an BBB. Sinceraly,Brenda Allison
