Ordered a pair of shoes online.
Was sent a showercap.
Registed a paypal dispute but this is currently pending as the seller is requesting that the showercap be sent back before the money is returned. At this stage registered post to return the item is $15.

- Call PayPal directly. I had the exact same situation where they wanted me to send the shower cap back to China. I called, described the situation and within 2 minutes PayPal was crediting my credit card.
