on aug 1 i was on line and i noticed that there were offering what i thought was a good deal which was $7.95 for one months for the my life where you can find out if people are looking for you okay i thought it was okay until i opened it there was 30plus people who was on it and i didnt know not a one of them so i got off and the following day i find out they took over 232 dollars from me and thats not what was advertised then when i called the lady told me she charged me in a matter of hours this amount by claiming they multiplied the price advertised by the time they processed me for which i didnt ask for nor was this payment plan explained to me it was suppose to be $7.95 a month for 3 months if i chose the 10.95 which i didnt then she told me she couldnt return the money if i cancelled the account but i could get atleast some of it back if i kept it open and mind you i am not using it so i let it go after i argued with her yet again because i said one month and she kept trying to give me the three month finally to shut me up okay you think everything is okay i did so i let it go so i didnt report it since i thought it was taken care of ,but all this time i shouldnt have had to keep something i wasnt using as is then when i finally try to use it it keeps sayin this email is not acknowledged by any acct with this service yet i had a month to use it but it wouldnt let me thats not fair so i tried to call and they wont even pick up and this is during so called business hours i deserve my money back so please take care of this problem and the number i called was 1-888-704-1900 good luck companies like this need to be taken off of the market if they cant bring quality performance
