We kept receiving statements saying we were overdue on our contract payment. Sent them back telling them we never signed a contract. They faxed a copy of a contract that looked like it was doctored, which had my boss' signature on it. Never gave them a fax#, so don't know how they knew it and they had our address & phone # on the paper also. Boss says he never signed it (although it is his signature) so they got it some other way. Definitely a well developed scam - and troubling as to how they got the signature!
