I returned product, including 2 extra belts, by insured, return mail (about $14). They charged me 59.97 for product and 35.52 in shipping charges (9.98 for two additional, smaller belts-shipping chg only). Apparently this is how they make their money - shipping charges. Was suppose to get refund within 10 business days of them receiving returned products, 30 days later I called and was told they will be issuing credit within 5-7 business days of $59.97. Then hung up before I could protest. I want ALL my money back, including shipping.
