Over the past 12 months, I have received a $14.95 monthly charge against my checking account from SEM Value Plus; I have not checked my records for a longer period of time that I suspect exists. I have repeatedly phoned SEM Value Plus to cancel these unauthorized charges and each time I have been told that the charges will cease. Each month, my account has continued to be charged this unauthorized amount - this is THEFT. Today, I phoned my bank, Citibank, to report the situation and they phoned SEM; both the agent at Citibank and I spoke to Eric, employee #90471, and demanded that these charges cease and that I will take action to recover the funds STOLEN from me.
