Check Conversion Voucher for $29.55. Called the company twice, 2nd time asked for refund. Not sure how they or the "online subscription service" got my routing and acct #. I am in Chattanooga, TN and bank with BB&T.

- The same thing happened to me, 8/3/12. Check conversion voucher for $29.95. I also bank with BB&T. I'm closing my account.
