Hi, I purchased an i-pad keyboard from the above Co. It turns out the address they gave is false, namely 5/36-46 High St Toowong Qld Australia 4066,and there is no phone no.I was sent a order id,11864, but when i went into the site to track my order it said that i had no orders outstanding. From what info i could gather the company is based in HongKong.They use the Westpac bank in Toowong,bsb no. is034061 and acct no. is 328718.The company does not reply to E-mails. I have asked my bank to try to recoup the funds, but do not have any hope of retrieval.I no longer want the keyboard as i have ordered elsewhere.

Hello, I would now like to retract my complaint against Caseme, as I did receive the goods in good order. My apologies to the Company and to all concerned. Seems to be a communication problem, but all turned out ok .
