Sorrily disappointed..NOT TO BE TRUSTED
We hired this company to provide remedial renovations to our new apartment (front-hall closet modification), following a successfully-completed large-scale contract on our bedroom closets (1st week of July, 2012) . The manager promised on 3 separate occasions ( July 18, 23, 27) to install the hardware, of which, I took time off work to accommodate.
The manager and superior ( Jason Fu) promised, unequivocally that they would deliver service, at 11:00AM today and AGAIN ... no show... At the 11th hour today (7:30PM) they said it was too small a job to confirm service... and hung up on me when I impressed upon them to fulfill their obligations...My husband and I have built many (4) houses and this is the 1st complaint we've made to the Better Business Bureau.
