I requested a withdraw on 7/11/2012 for $1448.00. I have been verified on all accounts with Solidtrustpay and do not understand the reason for such a delay in giving me my money. I have tried now for 2 weeks to get in touch with someone, by phone, email, and sending tickets. I too have noticed that when I try to pull up my tickets they have disappeared. I have tried once again to contact them and try to find out why I am not getting my money. I was really looking forward to doing business with Solidtrust Pay, but if their company can't even get people their money then it is not a company I want to do business with. It is bad when you are told it is going to be 3-5 business days before you will have the money deposited in your bank account and 2 weeks later it still is pending. My ticket # is 305817.

  • I think there is a very serious challenge with Solid Trust Pay. These guys seem to be doing things their own way, and as they please. They don't care about their clients. Just look at the number of complaints you are receiving about them.

    Just tonight, I was trying to log into my STP account, and got a message that my IP address has been blocked because of misuse. I decided to send them a ticket to find out what is really happening, and I got a shocking response as follows:

    [Jul 30 2012 1:16AM] : Unfortunately, due to repeated misuse, your country's IP addresses has been blocked. It may not be something that you personally have done, but many in your country have misused our site. At this time, nothing can be done. Once your IP has been blocked, it will not be unblocked.

    This is really shocking because I don't even know who has done what which amounts to misuse according to STP standards. now I cannot access my STP account, and clearly that means I have lost my money and all other monies that are yet to be paid into my account. Indeed, there is a serious problem with STP, and people need to be protected from these guys, PLEASE!!
