I made 3 payments, 2 on 07/11/2012 and 1 on 07/13/2012. At on this dates the had problems with their website, but I got confirmation on payment and transaction numbers. But the payments never reached the receivers.
The receivers of the payments have confirmed that Solid Trust Pay had problems on these dates. Many payments never reached receivers.
I have made tickets and comments to my tickets. They have not replied on any!!!! Actually they have erased my first ticket.
This company is supposed to be one of the leading in e-currencies. The information and support level is just a joke. I can only recommend all to use another e-currency provider.
