Looking for a house to rent in Oshkosh, WI responded to a ad http://www.AdsInUSA.com/c/4585/4585a1023.htm on July 22 2012 and got a responce back for us to fill out an application. And were told the house was for rent and not for sale and that it was comming off the market. Then they said it was 600 a month rent and 400 deposit before they sent the keys and i sent it and after it was sent i never got the keys and no money back after we were told that they were sending it back we got no email. I have all the email traffic if needed also and the person still picks up the phone also.

- Thank you for posting this. It helped in my search to figure out if the house I was going to rent was lagit or a scam, obviously we know the answer
