Paid for material that I did not receive.Signed up for study material and was unable to download or sign back in to site without paying again.Did not find list of similar complaints until too late.I called the phone number associated with the website. Could only leave a message at recorded message saying that I would be called back.I don't even se how to request refund as promised.
