This person showed intrest in buying a item I had for sale. He then sais he had the money in pay pal account with additional funds so that I can western union his handler a transport fee. I did not fall for this scam but he sent me and handler name of Ralph Martin in Portland Oregon. After I refused he then theratens to get the authorities involved. This is difinately a scam.
