WATCH OUT!!! They come on like a virus, completely blocking everything on my computer, my husband was home that weekend thinking it was legit because it sais Microsoft and they say, for just $10.99 you can clear the virus, not true, 59.99 was taken off our VISA card, but they get you because if you are IT stupid like us, you have to buy their service just to get your computer back to normal. Plus, for my $59.99 I bought a virus and I just spent $250.00 having my PC fixed from this $59.99 mistake
