This apartment complex is supposed to subsidized housing. When my wife lost her job, we were approved for a, "Utility Allowance Check," thru the USDA. When my wife return to work, she took all the proper procedures of reporting it to the landlord, however the landlord ignored an addendum to our current lease and lied to the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) and said that my wife had never reported being hired at the new job. They then proceeded to overcharge us for our Security Deposit because of the Utility Allowance Check we were receiving. The Landlord's story changed each time we went to discuss our issue with her. Then they gave false information to USDA and we received a collection bill for the months that they claimed we owed them. First they claimed, it wasn't the utility check we are receiving, second excuse was that it was back rent, third excuse was that we hadn't finished paying our security deposit totaling $400.00 when the utility check we were getting was supposed to pay $300 of it. We should have paid $100 more and that should have been the end of it, but they pursued to keep collecting even $300.00 more on a security deposit that was only $400 by agreement of lease.

Next they said I had to make my pets leave when we had pad a deposit on them, then they claimed we never paid, when we have a receipt on them. This company is a scamming mine field. Not only did they lie to the USDA so that they could nickle and dime our pockets, but as well, when the lease expired, they never renewed it, what kind of clown buisness is this?
