Russian Federation? I too had etechplay get into my bank account for a total of $8.17. Who are these guys? I've never heard of them and certainly did not give them any permission to take that out of my account. I decided to go to my Internet Security company. While etech shows a Calif. address and Calif. phone number, I noticed something in very small print on the page. It said...site location: RUSSIAN FEDERATION!! Really?? Has anyone else noticed this? Also apparently we have taken "hits" all across the country to the tune of
$1,533,575,328.36. How is it the media is NOT reporting this???
