a rep called to my house from vodafone and we signed up for there internet service they wanted bank details for billing which i refused to supply the form was filled in and i later received there internet package i then decided it was not for me and returned it i then contacked vodafone and told them that i was returning the package i then got a bill in my name but with another name on the back with there bank details i contacted vodafone and asked them how they could send me a bill witch had someone elses name and bankdetails on the back they apoligised and informed me that they knew the person in there company who was doing this i accused them of fraud and he agreed with me that it was fraud he told me that it would be delt with but two weeks ago i received a letter from a solicitor looking for the bill to be paid and another letter came today treatning me with the sherrife and a judgement against my morgage this bill is not mine and the bank details on the bill are not mine either im so stressed over this and i dont know what too do
