On the date in question I had a one night stay at th Capital Heights Property location in Capital-Heights Md.

I made my resveration by cell phone and specifficaly requestd a room on the lower level and a handi-cap room with an assesiable rool or walk in shower.

When i arrived at the location the first thing i noticed was the motel lobby was filthy,the floors dirty and the vending machine area had no items in the machines at all.

There was no Handi-cap parking near where my room was located. When i got to the room the sheets look as though they had not been changed and some-one had just remade the bed.

The room was small and dinky and was not a handi-cap room. When i call to complain the Motel-6 repensative argued with me that the room was a handicap room.

The a/c would not get cold it took almost 30 minutes for the cold air to begin,and the tv remote did not work properly.

When i called back to the office the agent stated it probally needed batteries and i had to come back to the office to get them.

I explained to the agent i was disable and it was hard for me to walk back to the office. She explain to me she could not leave the office and the matiance man had gone for the day.

I could not understand why there was no 24 hr matiance available especially sense we had the a/c issue. And why was he gone so eary.

When i went to get the batteries i was very upset and explained to the motel 6 agent that every thing in my roomis suppose to be in operating order i paid my money.

She became very rude and said to me (Y) you gening down on me. Itt was an insulting regarding the friendlya degrading stateent and very unprofessional.

Im sure if i were causician i would have not been spoken to in that manner. I was very displeased and the room was not worth the money,it look like a tranasit propeety as apposed to what is advertised,it was in my opinion false advertisement according to how friendly the agents are and how clean the property is and no handi-cap arrangement for the disable.
I will be contacting the disable american association concerning this matter.
